Which PMS systems are supported?

Out-of-the-box integrations with Opera Cloud, Mews, Hotelogix, Stayntouch, Cloudbeds, and other widely used systems. Other PMS platforms connect via REST API.

How does the guest select their language?

The AI auto-detects the guest's language from the first sentence based on voice and language features. If detection is wrong, a single word from the guest switches languages.

How are reservation confirmations sent?

SMS and email confirmation is sent immediately after the call ends. The reservation appears in your PMS automatically with zero OTA commission.

How is data security ensured?

All conversations are encrypted in transit and stored on KVKK and GDPR compliant infrastructure. Guest data is accessible only to hotel management and auto-purged after a configurable retention period.

How long does setup take?

With PMS integration included, we go live in 3 to 7 business days. Your hotel's terminology, room categories, pricing, and packages are loaded into the system and the AI is trained on them.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

When uncertain, AI escalates to your reception automatically. All conversation logs are accessible, and the knowledge base can be updated at any time.
